Fill out the forms below online then e-mail them back to Gizbytes, with up to three photos each, and print them off to accompany payment by cheque for the ammount. You can include photographs if you don't have digital photos or scans. This will link the electronic add submission with the cheque for the total amount. Adds will only appear once payment received.

The adds will be left on the Wheelchair Garage Sale Website until notified by you that they are sold for the one time fee for 12 months. Note: GST does not apply as this is only my hobby.

Under the Pay As You Go legislation and guidelines produced by the Australian Taxation Office, I provide you with a written statement that, for the supply I am making and further supplies of this type that I make you that the supply is made to you in my capacity as an individual, and the supply is made in the course of an activity that is a private recreational pursuit or hobby. No GST applies.
