These were wheels I had made with Phil Wood (lifetime guarantee hubs) for a proposed racing chair I was going to build. Never used so up for sale.

The Phil Wood hubs have a lifetime guarantee againts failure. Are 12mm pin lock axles with sockets. Axles non removable.

Rims are clincher type in quality alloy with asymetrical spoked wheels (less dished on the outside to the inside. Tyres and tubes are old but in perfect condition - neer used.

Hubs alone are worth hundreds of dollars.
